The Amnay rug is hand-knotted with the technique of the So-called Rabat Ghiordès knot. This particularly strong symmetrical knot gives carpet velvet a unified look and time-tested solidity. The carpet is 100% wool, chain, weft and knots.

Amnay means "knight" in Berber. This carpet features an ancient Medieval Atlas motif combining a design of rafters and different crosses.
